What's up ballaz, sorry about letting all those questions pile up but I'll answer them now. I was out watching the new movie Avatar, which is pretty good. Anyway, on to the post.
The Thief is officially in the Superbowl in both leagues I play in. That's one 14 team league and one 16 team league. It ain't luck fella's, it ain't random chance and the competition level is very high in both leagues. No, this is pure skill combined with effort. A lot of effort, and some key Buy Low/Sell High's early in the season.
So with that all said, I'll be available ALL WEEK to answer any SIT or Start questions people have regarding their Fantasy Football team. If you made it to your superbowl, hit me up and let's be sure you have the right guys workin for ya. If you aren't in the Superbowl, and one of your buddies is, send him over to me for some help. Let's bring home a championship!

What are your thoughts on maurice morris for next week?
ReplyDeleteThat's what I like Stodds, Getting right down into it. Mo opened quite a few eyes this weekend didn't he? Sure nice showing, but of the 126 yards he ran, 64 came on one run. He's also 30 years old AND they have San Fran next week, whose DEF has been getting better and better. If you have a better option, leave Mo on the bench. I'd expect him to get about 40-70 yards, no scores.
ReplyDeletehaha you know me thief...
ReplyDeletehow about this. PPR league. 2 WR slots, 2 RB slots, and one WR/RB slot
greg jennings, roddy white, hines ward, mendenhall, reggie bush, beanie wells, kenny britt michael turner?

LA, INK IT BRO. Works perfect with the sauce.
ReplyDeleteAs of right now, I'll say Jennings, White, Ward, Mendenhall and Wells. And of that whole crew, I like Beanie Wells the best. He's really been showing his stuff of late. Don't sweat Mendenhall either, he'll be fine.
ReplyDeleteYeah thats exactly who i have in my lineup haha. i just scooped in mo just in case...and i was considering bush given tampa's tendency for the big play (i think they are one of the top-or i guess thats technically bottom- in the league in plays 20+ yards against their D)
ReplyDeleteYeah I hear that. I ran the numbers on Bush and he'd be the next guy I'd have suggested, but then balked because he could def start getting more rest goin into the playoffs. And the Saints will score quick, and be poundin the run through the 2nd half.
ReplyDeletei feel like its a no brainer right!!!??? i lose alot of threes and dimes though.
ReplyDeleteEli or Schaub next week? Im thinking schaub. Eli faces the carolina D, whos been pretty solid against the pass. does that sound right?
ReplyDeleteStodds -- I'm starting Schaub in both leagues. End of story.
ReplyDeleteHi thief, how are you bro? Bogut played like he was Wilt last night, 31 pts, 18 reb, 3 blocks!!! He's in line for his best season, but I think it's time to cash in on this bad boy. Agree or back down for the time being?

If I get A'mare or Timmy D in return, should I pull the trigger or do you recommend holding on and sale further down the road. Thanks for the inside as usual man.
Ger, absolutely. Stupid me for not mentioning Bogut in my injury prone players post. Selling high here would be perfect. INK IT!
ReplyDeletewow thief, i know i been asking about trades alot lately but my team is really hot and im gettin offers sent to me daily.
ReplyDeletei have 2 offers on the table.

LA, definitely go with the second one. You have some treys and dimes to lose, and Josh Smith will put you right into the lead for Blocks. Plus Gay is becoming a great all around contributor. INK IT BRO!
ReplyDeleteWhat's up Thief,
ReplyDeleteNice to know I can come to you for football advice too. Congrats on making the Super Bowl. I also made it as well.
10 Team, H2H
Here's what I have starting so far. Any changes?
QB Aaron Rodgers vs SEA
WR Vincent Jackson @ TEN
WR Anquan Boldin vs STL
WR Calvin Johnson @ SF
RB MJ DREW @ NE
RB Steven Jackson @ ARI
TE Antonio Gates @ TEN
K David Akers vs DEN
DEF San Francisco vs DET
BENCH:
Addai vs JETs
Mendenhall vs BAL
Meachem vs TB
Sims-Walker @ NE
Garcon vs JETs
Bengals Def vs KC
THANKS!
Andy, great team there, great bench too. I like that you're sitting Mendenhall and starting Jackson. I'm also starting Jackson so we'll keep an eye on his status as the week goes on. Your WR crew is a tough one here. Sims-Walkers team has the most to play for, as does Vincent Jackson. After what SF did to Arizona, I would probably sit Calvin for Sims-Walker this weekend. That's a coin flip call though so go with your gut. BUT, I definitely like Cinn DEF over San Frans. They have a LOT to play for and have had a great season so far.
ReplyDeleteHakeem Nicks is on the wire. Would you think he's a better play than Johnson or Sims-Walker?
ReplyDeleteNope! And if you're not sure, go with sims walker, my pats have a terrible secondary.
