Create Windows XP user account

At first right click on my computer then click "manage"



then computer management will appear



then right click to "new user"



suppose my user name is "a" full name, description, password, confirm password , then click check box "user account cannot change password" & "password never expires" then click create then click close.



there you see "a" user created.
